Sween Saini is a trained and well experienced professional, primarily trained in the field of Career & personal Counselling & after practicing in this field since last 28 years, she further wanted to explore the mental health sector. This led her to pursue a Master of Psychology and now trained in clinical psychology and psychotherapy, She is extremely passionate about the continuous evolution of mental health and learning newer forms of therapy to help and improve the quality of life for people dealing with everyday issues, life crisis and mental illnesses. The Mind Mentors is an effort to expand on her private practice as psychologist in both child and adult counselling, as to cater to a larger section of individuals/populations in need or those that will benefit from the process of counselling She has worked with adults suffering from depression and various anxiety and personality issues as well as conducted empowering workshops and group therapies. Her approach therapy is an eclectic one where various techniques of different therapies can be put into use to devise a single personalized treatment plan for each client. She has an eye for detail and keeps an alert sense with empathy and compassion to the nuances each individual carry with them. She observes people’s behaviour and always tries her best to offer her time and support to let them vent out their grieves and pains, if and when convenient. Her therapeutic practice is non-directive which aims to achieve long term personal growth and enhanced emotional knowledge to foster positive changes. She practices behaviourally oriented psychotherapy with children, adolescents and adults suffering from wide range of emotional, psychological, behavioural, and adjustment problems. She is a compassionate individual who addresses the needs of her clients and work towards improving their quality of life. She has had prior experience in conducting workshops for individuals and groups on Stress Management, Emotional Wellbeing, Healthy Behaviours and Communication Skills.
